Urban Retreat Guidelines

Arrivals
First time clients should arrive 15 minutes prior to scheduled appointment time. If you are late to your appointment, your treatment will be reduced in order to be on time for the next scheduled client. The usual fee for the treatment will remain the same.
Reservations
A credit card deposit is required to hold your reservations.
Cancellations
Please be courteous by providing us with at least 24 hours notice of any changes to the schedule. A 50% fee will be charged for any changes less than 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time. A 100% fee will be charged for no-shows.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are available for packages, individual treatments, or any dollar amount. You must present the gift certificate prior to service. Urban Retreats is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates.
Gratuities
In acknowledgment of excellence in service, gratuity may be given at your discretion. 15%-20% of the total service is customary.
Spa Etiquette
The spa is a place of tranquility. Please refrain from the use of cellular phones and pagers. Please respect the right to privacy and quiet of other spa guests. Urban Retreats supports a zero tolerance policy for illicit or illegal activities. Urban Retreats supports the local police by not allowing locking doors for periodic inspection to insure our professionalism.
